In this pivotal role, you’ll lead integrated marketing campaigns, strengthen sponsor relationships, design compelling visual content, manage digital platforms, and help shape unforgettable events—all with the mission of advancing the company industry. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that works closely with leadership and key stakeholders to elevate our brand, grow member engagement, and expand the visibility of our initiatives across the state. What You’ll Do Marketing & Communications • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote programs, events, and member services • Lead multi-channel marketing efforts—digital, print, email, and social media • Coordinate newsletters, campaigns, and digital communications to increase engagement • Track campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future efforts What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business development • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HigherLogic, Google Analytics • Strong storytelling and communication skills—written and verbal • A talent for building lasting relationships with sponsors, partners, and members • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and leadership potential
