Will work closely with the Marketing team and Creative Design Manager to develop visually appealing designs for a multitude of digital and print mediums while adhering to company brand guidelines. • Social Media Management • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy • Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience engagement • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance • Collaborate with marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing goals including highlighting community partnerships, products/services • Build and nurture engagement – internal and external • Intranet Content Management • Develop and maintain dynamic content for company intranet, ensuring employees are always in the loop with the latest news, events and resources. • Leveraging touchpoints to ensure communications are delivered in the most effective, efficient and relevant ways possible. • Event Planning • Plan, organize, and prepare for internal and external events with attention to detail.
