Marketing Communications Specialist Classification Non-Exempt Essential Functions • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms • Monitor social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement • Create engaging written and visual content for use in email marketing, website updates, social platforms, and dealership promotions • Track and report on the performance of digital and social campaigns • Assist with planning, promotion, and execution of dealership needs including coordinating vehicle delivery, placement and pickup for offsite events • Support the production of marketing collateral including flyers, signage, and digital assets • Contribute to reputation management efforts, including monitoring reviews and supporting response strategies • Perform other duties as assigned in a professional and efficient manner Qualifications • Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, GA4, Meta Business Suite, Social Pilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and or similar platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment • Must have a valid Driver's License and be capable of driving Doggett Automotive Group vehicles as needed • Graphic design, photography or video editing experience is a plus Travel Requirements Occasional local travel within the Southeast Texas area may be required
