The Marketing & Communications Director under the supervision of the Senior Director of Operations / Director of Business Development, oversees the company’s internal and external branding, public relations and marketing communications including planning, presenting and implementing programs/campaigns, messaging strategy, and departmental plans. Lexington Clinic’s corporate messages, as well as specific service lines and departments, are key elements to be promoted. The Marketing & Communications Director also acts as the company spokesperson and must travel frequently to other facilities and have access to appropriate transportation. Healthcare experience preferred. Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills; experience with desktop publishing software a plus.
