The Marketing Coordinator, Biomedical Graduate Programs will work collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Coordinator, Financial Administrator, and Biomedical Program Coordinators to execute on recruitment and enrollment needs for the Biomedical Graduate programs on the School of Medicine campus, working to extend the efforts of our programs to ensure that the applicant pool for all programs is of excellent quality and quantity. The Marketing Coordinator will be a creator of web and social media content for the Biomedical Graduate Programs and will both attend and coordinate the office’s presence at graduate recruitment events and fairs. • In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Coordinator and the Academic Marketing & Communications team, schedule and deploy social media messaging in support of building the quantity and quality of applications to our 18 PhD and MS biomedical graduate programs. Serves as a primary point-of-contact with Web team and provides updates to assigned webpage content. • Assists in all aspects of Orientation and Onboarding for incoming biomedical graduate students, shepherding incoming students through these processes to ensure full compliance with pre-orientation and institutional onboarding requirements through orientation.
