Your role will include managing a team of communication specialists and collaborating closely with marketing and sales leadership. You’ll work with your team as a strategic thinker and exceptional writer who thrives on storytelling, team leadership and accountability. • Collaborate with the design and digital teams to produce engaging multimedia assets. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or a related field required • 5+ years of progressive marketing or communications experience, including at least 2 years of direct people management • Proven ability to lead strategic content and campaign development across digital and traditional platforms • Exceptional writing and editing skills with demonstrated ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and media • Experience managing multiple complex projects with accountability for deadlines, quality and outcomes • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot or Salesforce preferred) • Experience with data analysis, reporting and campaign performance measurement Pay and Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
