Marketing Communications Coordinator

This role is responsible for working closely with both the marketing and communication teams. • * Support internal teams with the creation and formatting of branded templates and resources • * Assist in the maintenance of CRM database information, including contact information, project descriptions, resumes, subconsultant information, etc. • Collaboration • * Work closely with marketing and communication teams members to support various projects and initiatives. • Administrative Support • * Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations including calendar maintenance, scheduling, and project (proposal) closeout • * Update, monitor and identify potential project opportunities in conjunction with proposal team • * Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for various marketing needs (printing, photography, promotional items, etc.) • Work will primarily be in an office setting with limited opportunities to be exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
