Reporting to the Development Director, the Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for crafting and executing strategic communications to engage donors, increase support for the organization and market St. Luke?s programs to the community. Within the organization: initiates and maintains close working relationships with the Development Director, Development staff and other St. Luke?s team members. Strategic Donor Communications & Content Creation • Develop and execute donor-centered communication strategies to strengthen stewardship, increase retention, and support donor acquisition. • Create content for all print and digital materials related to fundraising events, including invitations, sponsorship packets, programs, and presentations. • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the organization?s mission.
