Role Overview Roman Electric Co., Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support our email marketing and social media efforts while contributing fresh, creative ideas to our marketing campaigns. This is an ideal opportunity for an entry-level marketing professional or college student looking to gain real-world experience in a flexible, part-time role. What We’re Looking For • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media strategy • Creative mindset with enthusiasm for generating fresh marketing ideas • Strong written communication skills • Good project, time management, and organizational skills • Scheduling and/or prior marketing experience preferred • Interest in social media influence and business-focused content creation • Applicants should be prepared to share a link to their social media account(s) or provide examples of posts that demonstrate business-related or professional content. Position Details • Part-time position: 10–20 hours per week (hours may fluctuate based on need and availability as needed) • Flexible scheduling within 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • In-person role based in West Allis, WI
