Marketing & Communications Specialist

This position is ideal for a communications generalist eager to support various facets of the Marketing team, including public relations, social media and event planning support. While this role will report to the Manager of Communications, it will provide cross-functional support for the broader Marketing team. • Knowledge of social media marketing and a strong understanding of managing major social media platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience and aptitude in adopting and executing a brand voice in social • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and collaborating across departments • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed for event and marketing support • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance or higher, as required This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with occasional work in a manufacturing setting.
