Reveer is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a challenging and rewarding role designed for someone who wants to learn the business of engineering consulting from the inside out - working directly alongside Reveer’s leadership and technical staff to pursue new work, tell compelling project stories, and support strategic growth. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the pursuit process and prepare winning proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations that align with Reveer’s brand, values, and strategic goals • Maintain proposal schedules, internal deadlines, and quality control standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and polish across all deliverables • Research, write, and edit content across a range of platforms, including the website, social media, talking points, presentations, marketing collateral, and media notifications • Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, and project managers to gather, structure, and refine technical content, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives • Support and coordinate the logistics of public meetings and stakeholder engagement efforts, including open houses, workshops, hearings, advisory committee meetings, and community events • Coordinate the production and distribution of outreach materials such as newsletters, handouts, presentations, advertisements, door hangers, press releases, mailings, and digital content • Support broader marketing and business development initiatives, including conferences, events, sponsorships, project write-ups, brochures, and strategic presentations Required Qualifications • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • High attention to detail, including strong proofreading and editing capabilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining quality and consistency • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel\ Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in consulting, professional services, or a creative agency environment • Familiarity with community engagement, public sector work, or local/state government processes • Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
