You will assist with internal and external marketing processes, professional education programs, congress planning, promotional materials management, and sales meeting coordination. This is a growth-oriented role with mentorship and opportunities to expand responsibilities within the commercial team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage vendor relationships and logistics for tradeshows, congresses, and marketing resource inventory. • Coordinate the Speaker Bureau program, including speaker scheduling, program logistics, and budget tracking. • Serve as Marketing Coordinator for the FDA-required Promotional Internal Regulatory Medical (PIRM) process for assigned products.
