This position is in our Kirkland office and is not a remote working position. This position is responsible for building upon our current marketing and communications strategies to meet the objectives of the company. Must be able to develop, implement and maintain marketing plans, assist with marketing budgets, creating marketing materials, advertising, administer social media accounts, create copy & articles, and manage communication plans. Responsibilities • Drive the branding strategy • Ensure consistency of brand expression throughout the organization by editing existing sales and marketing assets • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and communications strategies • Evaluate marketing programs and make recommendations for improvement • Coordinate marketing for multiple programs and services of the company • Developing and implementing strategies for media and other external audiences • Strengthen marketing processes and capabilities for the organization • Report on marketing analytics to the management team • Identify market research to better inform and oversee activities • Provide Web Site design concepts and approved web site implementation project management • Create all marketing collateral materials representing the company and products • Coordinate social media channels and content (LinkedIn – Twitter) • Manage the creation of audio content for radio and digital use • Coordinate and manage production of in-house direct mail • Create press Releases and newsletters, community involvement and attending professional business association meetings (when COVID precautions allow) Previous Experience & Skills • Experience in the healthcare industry or highly regulated industry a plus • Team player and consensus builder • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A history of being accountable to and achieving goals • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects • High level of organization including management of multiple projects with varying timelines • Ability to take initiative and balance priorities • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations, usually under pressure with deadlines • Design and develop digital presentations • Conduct market research • Highly developed oral and written skills • Ability to reduce complicated subject matter into simple terms for a variety of audiences • Public speaking ability • Strong presentation and research skills • Strong analytical skills to drive results • Ability to develop, recommend and strengthen marketing processes • Experience interacting with print and digital media working under tight deadlines • Excellent creative judgment and experience in development and planning of marketing activities.
