The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for executing CASA’s marketing, communications, and outreach efforts. Execute marketing and communications strategies as directed by Executive Director Maintain and ensure consistency of CASA’s brand across all platforms and materials Implement organizational messaging aligned with mission, values, and strategic priorities Ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with CASA standards Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across departments Support internal consistency in how CASA presents its work and impact Support marketing and promotion of fundraising and community events Collaborate with Fund Development to align event messaging and outreach Develop promotional materials and campaigns for events Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event-related communications Support event visibility and community engagement Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (engagement, reach, recruitment effectiveness) Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and outreach efforts Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data Monitor trends in volunteer recruitment and community engagement Serve as primary backfill for Fund Development Specialist for: donor communications and messaging marketing-related fundraising support event promotion and communication needs Maintain continuity of donor-facing communications during staff absences Support execution of fundraising campaigns through content and messaging Escalate donor relationship management and strategic decisions to Executive Director Support organizational needs during high-demand periods
