Marketing Communications Coordinator

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that advance membership growth, exhibitor success, and sales efforts across the organization. This role sits within AEM’s MEST - Membership & Exhibitor Success Team and supports these teams in delivery of timely, accurate, and effective marketing and communications. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Communications, the Marketing Communications Coordinator plays a key hands-on role in executing marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, and supporting day to day marketing needs that directly enable membership and revenue generating teams. Support the execution of integrated marketing plans that promote AEM membership, sponsorships, and trade show participation, working closely with membership and sales teams.Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, website, digital, and promotional channels, ensuring high quality, accurate, and on time delivery.Write, proofread, and edit marketing content; including email communications, website copy, and promotional materials; ensuring consistency with AEM brand standards.Support member and exhibitor communications for major AEM events and initiatives, helping ensure clear, professional, and timely messaging.Maintain and update website pages and marketing assets related to membership, sponsorships, and exhibitor sales in coordination with internal teams.Support marketing operations, including list management, basic campaign reporting, vendor coordination, invoice tracking, and budget monitoring under the direction of marketing leadership.
