OverviewROCKWOOL Technical Insulation (RTI) is a global subsidiary of the ROCKWOOL Group. We are seeking an energetic Marketing & Communications Manager for our Houston, TX office to translate our North American growth strategy into concrete marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSet the strategy for all marketing and communications activities for RTI in North America.Work closely with the Sales team, global Product Management, and global Marketing Communications and Branding to drive results.Deliver compelling content, execute strategic campaigns and events, and create valuable sales materials.Develop and maintain marketing assets such as brochures, case studies, web content, videos, presentations, and more.Plan and execute impactful marketing communication around launches of new products and offerings for internal and external audiences.Create digital campaigns including lead generation and nurturing in partnership with our global Digital Marketing Managers.Organize RTI’s messaging and presence at North American conferences and trade shows.Ensure our brand and messaging remain clear, consistent, and compelling.Provide continuous marketing support to the Sales team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.10+ years of experience driving B2B marketing and communications in a global, matrixed organization.Results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.Experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Construction industry (preferred).Able to translate technical insights into clear, persuasive messages.Proven content creator across digital and traditional channels.Creative thinker, effective project manager, and proactive problem solver.Enthusiastic about working with international colleagues and agencies, offering the flexibility needed when working across time zones.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $125,000 – $140,000.Bonus eligible.Competitive Pay & Benefits from Day 1: comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.401K Match up to 6%.Paid Time Off: generous PTO, 12 paid holidays, and parental leave.Educational Assistance & Career Growth support.Wellness perks: fitness reimbursement and EAP access.Safety First: company-provided PPE and programs to keep you protected.About ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation (RTI)Founded in 1937 in Denmark, ROCKWOOL Group transforms volcanic rock into sustainable and innovative products that enhance lives and communities.
