Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Job Details / Description We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to work collaboratively to create and implement large-scale annual productions to the benefit of partners, sponsors, exhibitors, patrons and the event itself. Coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns with Ad Agencies & Show Manager/Producer. Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts based on advertising and marketing campaigns Manage ticketing platform setup, reporting, and on-site ticketing operations for team specific shows Assist in securing and supporting sponsorships, partnerships, show prizes, and special event features. During show season, employees will be exposed to moderate pressure and fatigue during an average workday; daytime, evening and weekend work.
