Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA successful Plastic Surgery and Med Spa are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the growth and visibility of our brands. Execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across digital and traditional platforms.Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.Develop educational content, service highlights, provider features, patient testimonials, awareness campaigns, and promotional materials.Maintain a consistent social media presence for both the Plastic Surgery and Med Spa, including scheduling content in advance.Photography & Videography Work collaboratively with leadership, providers, and possible external marketing partners to execute strategic initiatives.Participate in regular marketing meetings and provide updates on completed projects, campaign performance, upcoming activities, and new ideas.Stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen the practice's marketing efforts.Operational Support Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.Experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or digital content creation.Proficiency in photography and videography, including capturing and editing content for marketing purposes.Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, digital advertising platforms, and analytics tools.Experience with WordPress, Elementor, SEO principles, or a willingness to learn.Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and external consultants.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations as needed.Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or medical spa marketing is preferred.What Success Looks Like Success is measured by consistent execution, meaningful patient engagement, qualified lead generation, and contributions to the continued growth of the plastic surgery office and med spa.
