The overall objective of the employee in this position is to support the Program & Community Engagement Manager by collaborating with staff, volunteers, sponsors, and the community to market, plan, develop, and implement diverse, engaging, and financially sustainable county-wide park and recreation programs year-round. • Collaborate with program staff to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for programs, events, facilities, and services. • Prepare reports, presentations, promotional summaries, and related documentation as required. • Must possess ability to plan, direct and coordinate recreation activities. • Must possess ability to maintain required records and prepare reports as needed.
