Job Title: Marketing Community Liaison Location: Stockton and Surrounding Areas Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a motivated and personable Marketing Community Liaison to help grow our referral network and increase community awareness of our services. Position Summary The Marketing Community Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and promoting Aims Healthcare services throughout the community. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, SNFs, clinics, physician offices, case managers, social workers, and community partners • Promote Aims Healthcare services and communicate agency capabilities • Conduct in-person and virtual visits to referral sources • Identify new referral opportunities and business development channels • Participate in community events, health fairs, and networking activities • Track referral activity and maintain marketing logs • Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and growth initiatives What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Supportive team environment • Opportunity for growth within a growing organization
