Marketing & Community Outreach Representative

Reports To: Jacque Ratto, Director of Administrative Services & Outreach Start Date: On or before May 4, 2025 The Marketing & Community Outreach Representative will serve as the face of the brand in the community, engaging with customers at farmers' markets, pop-up events, and through local business outreach. This role focuses on relationship building, on-site sales, and helping expand Bimba's Famiglia's presence in the region. Represent the brand at weekly farmers' markets and community eventsSet up and tear down the booth, manage inventory and salesEngage customers and communicate the Bimba's Famiglia story with warmth and claritySupport product packaging, merchandising, and display setupBuild and maintain relationships with local retail and café partnersAssist in developing outreach collateral and supporting community-based promotional efforts Compensation & Perks
