Recent grads are ok for this position if you have the proper software design skills. We're looking for creative, organized, customer service-oriented people, who take pride in their work. We want those who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the highest standards of excellence, those who aren't afraid to have fun with their job, and bring enthusiasm, dedication and a collaborative spirit to build and maintain an office space that facilitates some of the most cutting-edge innovations in real estate. • Manage company reviews (acquire more and respond) on Yelp, Google Business, Facebook • Providing overall marketing support to agents REQUIRED SKILLS: • ADOBE SUITE EXPERIENCE A MUST • Creative marketing, advertising and design skills • Social media promotion - Facebook, Instagram, Google +, Twitter, LinkedIn • Experience in using video as a tool for marketing to build our brand and increase sales • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Fast learner comfortable with all things digital/tech • Attention to detail a must • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet a variety of deadlines • Positive and professional attitude • Work in a team environment • An understanding of the real estate industry is helpful but not required Must have professional appearance, be easy going, thick skinned at times (some day's busy and stressful others just plain fun).
