NGT Corporation is seeking a Marketing Consultant for an on-site, full-time position based in Lexington, KY. Qualifications • Strong skills in communication and customer service to build relationships, address client needs, and provide exceptional support • Proficiency in sales and marketing to develop strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness • Experience in project management to organize, plan, and execute campaigns successfully • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and adapt to dynamic business needs • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Familiarity with commercial cleaning or franchise-based services is a plus • Demonstrated self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
