Marketing, Content, and Events Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to develop marketing strategies and execute successful marketing campaigns that deliver profitable growth for the company. They will be closely aligned with critical business partners to fully realize niche market initiatives across the marketing calendar that will drive brand engagement and achieve the company’s overall business KPIs. Marketing Activities • Develop, direct, and execute the annual marketing plan and campaigns aligned with business objectives, managing integrated marketing initiatives including email campaigns, website updates, social media content and analytics, events, webinars, and other marketing efforts • Collaborate with the internal teams and contracted partners to support initiatives and develop relevant, accurate marketing collateral • Manage integrated online and offline marketing operations, including sponsorships, partnerships, and content development opportunities with contracted partners • Monitor the marketing landscape, including competition, customer behavior, and industry trends, to inform strategy and innovation • Analyze and report on the performance of social media and email marketing campaigns executed with contracted partners Content Activities • Create and maintain a strong brand presence through marketing campaigns, events, content, and collateral • Lead and ensure consistency in messaging, branding, content, and overall look and feel across all external communications • Maintain quality control and brand standards across all marketing materials and live brand experiences, including those delivered with contracted partners • Lead creative design and content strategy across print and digital advertising, social media, sales collateral, and signage • Manage social media presence, email marketing efforts, and the content calendar in collaboration with contracted partners Tradeshow Activities • Manage all aspects of tradeshows, including registration, tradeshow calendar, booth schedules, space selection, team coordination, and logistics • Collaborate with the internal teams and contracted partners to coordinate all phases of the tradeshow season • Research, evaluate, and recommend tradeshows, industry groups, and industry leaders to maximize visibility and lead generation • Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through engagement during and after events • Leverage tradeshow participation through pre-show, on-site, and post-show activities using attendee lists and other database resources
