Marketing & Content Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a curious, creative, and organized person to join Plurify Properties as a Marketing & Content Associate. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly alongside our founding team to support content creation, research, scheduling, and marketing projects across four real estate and mortgage brands.

No prior experience in real estate or mortgage is required. If you're someone who likes variety, takes initiative, and wants to build a real marketing portfolio from day one, this role is for you. What we need is someone who is sharp, dependable, and genuinely interested in the craft of marketing.

What You'll Do

You'll support marketing efforts across Plurify Properties and our sister companies, UC Mortgage, NVWM Realty, and NVWM Property Management. Day-to-day work will span content, research, scheduling, and project support.

Content & Writing
• Research and write blog articles and website content on real estate, mortgage, and Las Vegas market topics
• Assist with drafting social media captions and posts across Instagram and other platforms
• Repurpose and adapt existing content for different formats and audiences
• Proofread and edit content before it goes out

Content Scheduling & Coordination
• Coordinate the content calendar across multiple brands and platforms
• Work with our content creator to ensure posts are scheduled and published on time
• Track what is going out, when, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Marketing Project Support
• Help project manage marketing initiatives such as website updates and campaign testing
• Assist with research and prep work for upcoming campaigns and launches
• Keep projects organized and moving forward by following up on outstanding items

Who We're Looking For
• A strong writer: you can communicate clearly, simply, and in a way that actually sounds human
• Organized and proactive: you manage your own workload without needing to be micromanaged
• Curious: you like learning new things and aren't afraid to research topics you don't know yet
• Detail-oriented: typos and missed deadlines bother you
• Comfortable with ambiguity: we're a growing company and not everything is perfectly defined yet

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong writing skills are the most important qualification for this role
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube
• Basic understanding of content marketing or SEO is a plus, but not required
• No prior real estate or mortgage experience needed. We provide full training on the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
