Marketing & Content Associate

We're looking for a curious, creative, and organized person to join Plurify Properties as a Marketing & Content Associate. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly alongside our founding team to support content creation, research, scheduling, and marketing projects across four real estate and mortgage brands. Content & Writing • Research and write blog articles and website content on real estate, mortgage, and Las Vegas market topics • Assist with drafting social media captions and posts across Instagram and other platforms • Repurpose and adapt existing content for different formats and audiences • Proofread and edit content before it goes out Who We're Looking For • A strong writer: you can communicate clearly, simply, and in a way that actually sounds human • Organized and proactive: you manage your own workload without needing to be micromanaged • Curious: you like learning new things and aren't afraid to research topics you don't know yet • Detail-oriented: typos and missed deadlines bother you • Comfortable with ambiguity: we're a growing company and not everything is perfectly defined yet What We Offer • Direct mentorship and hands-on experience working alongside senior leadership across all four brands • Cross-company exposure: you'll touch real estate sales, mortgage, and property management marketing all in one role • A clear path toward growth into a more senior marketing role as the team expands • Published work from day one: your content will actually go live, not sit in a folder
