Marketing & Content Coordinator

Blaze Sports Group Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing & Content Coordinator to help oversee and execute marketing initiatives across our family of youth sports and recreation businesses, including Blaze Gymnastics, Blaze Launchpad, and The Warrior Factory Syracuse. This role is not just about posting on social media. We are looking for someone who can help bring our brands to life through content creation, organization, communication, and day-to-day marketing execution across multiple businesses. Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines Coordinate collection of photos/videos/testimonials from staff and customers Assist with signage, flyers, internal marketing materials, and promotional displays Help ensure marketing projects move forward efficiently and on schedule Support marketing efforts across multiple business locations and brands The person in this role will gain hands-on experience in content creation, branding, operations, digital marketing, customer experience, and business growth strategy across multiple businesses.
