Marketing content coordinator

The Senior Content & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the IGK team across all areas of the business, including project management, travel, scheduling, handling all product request needs, and general cross-functional team support. The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, a passion for beauty, and be extremely organized and detail-oriented. Project Coordination & Communication : • Coordinates / project manages all video and photo shoot needs, including all product orders, catering, packing and processing shipments, materials, and tracking all elements / details of the shoot. Administrative Support : • Supports the IGK team across all areas of the business with administrative support. • Flexibility to handle in-the-moment requests to support the IGK business, founders, and team within the Miami area.
