Job Overview We’re a rapidly growing construction company specializing in high-quality concrete and hardscaping work. We currently work with an external marketing team but are now looking to bring that effort in-house to scale more intentionally. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Coordinator who can take ownership of our brand visibility, lead generation, and digital presence — while collaborating closely with sales and leadership to ensure our pipeline stays full and our content reflects the caliber of work we deliver. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in marketing (bonus if it’s in trades, construction, or a service industry) • Creative eye for content – you can shoot, edit, and deploy engaging media • Proficient in tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Business, and basic video editing • Strong understanding of local lead generation, online reviews, and branding • Organized and self-driven — you’re not waiting around to be told what to do • Comfortable working in the field when needed (i.e., capturing project content) • A strategic mind with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude Skills • Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging narratives.
