Program Overview

We are seeking 2 Marketing Interns to support content creation and digital presence for Cascade Capital.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build a real portfolio while working directly with leadership on LinkedIn and Instagram strategy, branding, and content execution.

What Youll Do

Create and schedule content for:LinkedIn (primary focus professional storytelling, deals, insights)Instagram (brand, culture, behind-the-scenes)Assist with short-form video creation and editingDesign graphics for social media and marketing materialsSupport paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn & Instagram)Help maintain or update website content (WordPress or Wix)Collaborate on branding and campaign ideas

Skills Were Looking For

Interest in marketing, branding, or content creationExperience with or willingness to learn:Graphic design (Canva, Adobe, etc.)Video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)Social media platforms (especially LinkedIn & Instagram)Website platforms (WordPress or Wix)Creative mindset with attention to detailStrong communication and ability to work independently
