Marketing & Content Creator

We're looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Content Creator to help tell our story. One day you may be filming a technician completing an installation, the next you're interviewing a satisfied customer, creating a recruiting video, planning a company event, analyzing marketing results, or collaborating with our marketing agency on our next campaign. As Regal's Marketing & Content Creator, you'll be responsible for helping grow our brand through engaging content, strategic marketing initiatives, and data-driven decision making. You'll create compelling photo and video content, strengthen our online presence, support recruiting efforts, promote our services, build employee engagement, and help measure the success of our marketing through campaign performance and analytics. Working directly with the President/CEO, department managers, and our external marketing agency, you'll help shape how Regal is viewed by our customers, future employees, and community while supporting the continued growth of our company.
