Little Rock law firm looking for an experience Marketing & Content professional to help shape and execute their marketing strategy. Job Duties: • Identify, develop and execute content across social media, email marketing, newsletters, video and other platforms • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with the firm's voice, value and goals • Assist with adapting to AI-driven search, discovery and content distribution • Assist in valuating and implementing marketing tools, platforms and workflow • Manage and grow the firm's charitable initiatives and external relationships • Assist with planning and executing special events each year Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field • 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications or related role • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus Firm offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits including 85% company paid health insurance, FSA, employer matched 401k, generous PTO and plenty of room for growth!
