Marketing & Content Specialist

Premier Sport Psychology is a contract-based sport and performance psychology practice serving professional athletes, collegiate programs, corporate organizations, and individual clients across the Twin Cities and beyond. Premier Sport Psychology is seeking a self-motivated Marketing & Content Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, video production, and marketing material development. Work directly with Premiers senior leadership team to understand business priorities and translate them into marketing content and campaignsProactively bring ideas, updates, and recommendations to leadership without being askedSupport leadership presentations, proposals, and external communications with polished marketing assets 2+ years of professional experience creating and managing social media content for a brand, organization, or client demonstrated results required2+ years of video creation and editing experience can show a portfolio of work produced for professional or organizational useExperience developing marketing materials including graphics, presentations, and campaign assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent Is self-motivated and manages their own priorities without needing heavy oversight or directionIs comfortable working directly with senior leaders communicates proactively, handles feedback well, and brings solutions rather than problemsHas strong written communication skills and an eye for detail errors in external-facing content are not acceptable Have a proven track record in social media, video, and marketing you can show your work and speak to resultsAre energized by working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where your output is visible and your initiative is noticedAre comfortable working alongside senior leaders and holding your own in those conversationsTake ownership of vendor relationships and project timelines without being remindedHave genuine interest in sport, performance, or athlete culture it shows in the quality of what you createUnderstand that your work represents Premiers brand, and you hold yourself to that standard
