Marketing & Content Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing knowledge with an eye for design and a passion for creating engaging content across multiple platforms. Create and manage content across multiple social media platformsDesign engaging graphics, presentations, and marketing materials that align with brand standardsDevelop and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and track performance metricsAssist with podcast production, promotion, content repurposing, and distributionBuild professional PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for leadership, events, and organizational initiativesCoordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and other channelsManage multiple marketing projects while maintaining brand consistencyWrite compelling marketing copy for social media, websites, presentations, emails, and promotional materialsCollaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative marketing initiativesMaintain content calendars and ensure timely completion of marketing projectsStay current on marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital toolsAssist with website updates, event promotion, video content, and other marketing projects as neededSupport internal communications and organizational branding efforts Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field2+ years of marketing experience preferredStrong creative abilities and an excellent eye for design, layout, and visual storytellingExperience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and othersProficiency with Canva and presentation design toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail
