Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities • Manage and execute day-to-day marketing campaigns across multiple clients and industries • Plan and schedule content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms • Plan and develop monthly content calendars that align with client goals and seasonal opportunities • Ensure consistency with client’s brand in all visual assets including social graphics, digital ads, and promotional materials • Stay up to date on marketing and design trends and apply them in ways that fit each client’s voice, audience, and industry • Oversee media buying across platforms, including budget tracking, ad placement, and performance optimization • Collaborate with internal creative teams to align strategies and timelines • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations based on data • Conduct research on client industries, competitors, and target audiences • Manage campaign calendars, content libraries, and brand guidelines for each client • Execute strategic ad placement to ensure campaigns reach the right audience at the right time for maximum impact Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting • Graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and brands at once • Experience with media buying and ad platforms • Familiarity with social media platforms, ad managers, and scheduling tools • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail • Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data, insights, and reports • Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative • Experience in strategic ad placement to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI across digital platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
