WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will sit on the Sports Marketing team and play a key role in building a new database that centralizes information on all Nike-sponsored athletes. Your day-to-day will include data entry, athlete research, and ongoing database maintenance.

Beyond database work, your responsibilities will include:

* Creating product and brand demand through targeted marketing support
* Understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company and product information
* Providing training to ensure premium execution of marketing programs
* Directing and elevating consumer-facing assets to ensure consistent delivery of category programs
* Creating tools and best practices while driving global awareness and adoption
* Maximizing Nike Merch Center to support category game plans and merchandising excellence
* Engaging with vendors to meet marketing needs within established timelines and budgets

WHAT YOU BRING

* A degree is preferred but not required
* 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or research role
* Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
* Strong data entry skills and attention to accuracy
* Basic knowledge of sports and athletes
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite

* Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
* Self-starter who takes initiative
* Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
* Prior athlete-facing experience
* Familiarity with AI tools and technologies
