Marketing Coordinator

MARKETING COORDINATOR for boutique, well-known professional services firm based in Fort Myers near McGregor Blvd. Excellent opportunity for 1-3 years of experience in providing marketing/advertising support. Responsibilities will include: • Design and execute a marketing plan and budget • Manage and direct target client research efforts and Salesforce entry • Marketing Metrics – Development and Tracking • Utilize Pardot response information to develop sales funnel in Salesforce • Email campaigns/blasts (HTML): o Transaction announcements o Teasers o Other content (see below) o Develop and execute segmentation strategies o Monitor and continuously improve open, click and bounce rates • Strengthen media partnerships • Design and communicate media with media partners • Website maintenance & development (strong Wordpress experience preferred) that may include o Transaction announcements/Tombstones o SEO o Paid search (if appropriate) • Social o LinkedIn o Facebook / Twitter / Other • Help establish industry co-presentation and referral partnerships • Help develop direct mail/phone content and scripts • Design collateral material Our client has retained us to find a great person to assist in the firm's continued growth.
