Our firm is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team of professionals in its Santa Barbara office. This position requires a creative person who can be responsible for prioritizing projects in order to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : • Development and design of all marketing materials including brochures, agent presentations, e-blasts, agent profiles, sold listings, print and digital advertising, press releases and social media posts • Management of company website and social media sites • Distribution of press releases • Organization and management of marketing files • Management of e-blast database • Providing market demographics • Assembling marketing reports and packages • Fielding sales calls
