Marketing Coordinator

We are searching for an eager, creative, outgoing marketing coordinator with great graphic design and leadership qualities for a busy real estate office with big goals and a determined future. ------Produce drafts and revise based on feedback. -Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design, sending, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations -Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, networking events and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, building relationships with the community and engaging our agents and providing post-event reports and analysis -Be able to create websites and oversee the operation of the website with the ability to make general edits -Communicate and direct freelance vendors on specific projects -Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and events -Ensures smooth operation of all technical office equipment & set up new computers, printers, IPADs, etc -Write and edit engaging, creative content for websites, print materials and properties -Assist in ensuring smooth office operations This person will be the only person in a marketing department at a real estate company and must be able to confidently handle all aspects of marketing from simply editing content and writing letters and attending special events to designing postcards and websites and everything in between. With the right leadership skills and knowledge, this one person can take a one person marketing department to a 3 person team if has the right skills to grow the real estate company properly.
