Our profitable venture backed food startup is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with our marketing team to ensure projects get done efficiently, accurately and on time. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with freelancers (graphic designers, copywriters and web developers) to make sure that each campaign gets the attention it needs to be developed successfully. A strong candidate for this role will coordinate multiple and projects with competing priorities and deadlines from various internal stakeholders. • Work with marketing manager to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks • Support the marketing team by scheduling and organizing campaign materials • Work with freelance graphic designers to help deliver content that meets internal specifications • Communicate to leadership to provide clarification on an ongoing project • Facilitate the review of marketing collateral with internal stakeholders – Sales, PR, Legal, and Operations. • Monitor industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to applicable stakeholders
