Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator Job Description Forino is looking to add a dynamic, quick-learning team player to our staff on a full-time basis. Our company is fast-moving, always evolving, and fosters a team-oriented environment. This position will report to the President, Vice- President and Director of Marketing, while supporting the entire staff at our office and showroom in the Okatie/Bluffton area. A great personality, highly tech-savvy, and impeccable work ethic are a must. Specific tasks/requirements include: Marketing o Social media schedule setup and posting (Facebook, Instagram, etc) o Create mailing lists and send letters/postcards o Communicate with outside vendors for advertising needs as requested o Write press releases and blog posts as needed o Schedule press/marketing for community openings with a thorough community opening plan o Act as a local brand ambassador when in the community to ensure customer satisfaction is high o Take video and pictures from a smartphone for use in social media o Other assignments as assigned by Management o Assist in coordinating and marketing weekly open house schedules and advertising o Send move-in surveys to homeowners and/or tenants for feedback on customer satisfaction o Routine audit of website content as it pertains to existing model home inventory o Push and track short term sales incentives as available by location o Ensure signage is accurate and in good standing throughout communities with periodic community check-ups for model home presentability (touch up cleaning) Requirements · Associate’s degree in Marketing/Communications preferred · Minimum of 2 years marketing experience preferred · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills · Excellent time management and attendance · Must have a smartphone and reliable transportation with valid SC driver’s license · Knowledge of Adobe Design suite a plus!
