JOB DESCRIPTION- Marketing Manager/Client Care Coordinator to keep two 40 something successful Seattle real estate agents relevant. To perform this role successfully, the Marketing Manager should be able to handle the following: Social Media/Advertising -Oversee social and digital communications presence, which includes Google, Instagram, Facebook, Linked-In -Build manage & optimize digital and print ad campaigns. -Create ideas for client gifts -Company Websites, Print Advertising, Signs, and General -Write engaging content to help tell our story and keep in contact with future, past, and current clients -Create property brochures -Plans one yearly off-site event -Promote listings on Social Media and Real Estate websites. -Related digital communications experience (social media, website, online communication design/development, copywriting). -Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
