About The Role This is a hands-on role focused on coordination, execution, and follow-through. Support execution of events including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and internal meetings (e.g., quarterly townhall)Coordinate logistics such as registration, calendars, venues, AV, catering, and materialsManage timelines, checklists, and task trackingAssist with speaker coordination, agendas, and briefing materialsSupport on-site or live execution, including troubleshootingTrack attendance, feedback, and post-event reportingSupport execution of webinar programs (scheduling, promotion, follow-up)Assist with campaign coordination across marketing initiativesEnsure deliverables are completed on scheduleMaintain the social media calendarCreate and format posts using approved templatesSchedule and publish contentMonitor basic engagement metricsSupport marketing activities in platforms such as HubSpotAssist with list management, email scheduling, and campaign trackingMaintain clean and accurate dataTrack campaign and event performanceProofread and edit marketing materialsEnsure alignment with brand standardsMaintain organized marketing assetsCollaborate with BD, leadership, and operations teamsManage multiple tasks with strong attention to detailEnsure clear communication and follow-through 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a coordination or execution-focused role.Global experience or exposure to international teams (a plus)Experience in life sciences, medical device, or regulated industries (preferred).Experience supporting events such as trade shows, conferences, or webinars.Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
