Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator at American Consumer Shows, you will work with a fun and energetic team, passionate about growing our business and providing our clients the highest level of service. With your superior attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, you will support the marketing team on a variety of initiatives. What you will do • Support marketing strategists in setting up and executing digital/social ad campaigns, ad swaps, and related analytics • Track daily newspaper, radio and TV availability and positioning in target markets • Compile advertising campaign results and sponsorship recaps • Conduct market research by developing analysis of attendee zip codes vs. those being targeted by campaigns • Provide administrative support for the marketing department including disseminating contracts, data entry, proofreading, faxing, filing, copying, sending out packages • Update and execute e-mail blast marketing campaigns (experience with Constant Contact, or similar types of e-mail marketing sites is preferred) • Customer service – respond to requests for advertising related assistance • Produce, update, track and maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials • Stay up-to- speed on latest digital marketing technologies such as: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and some SEO marketing • Stay up- to-speed on latest digital marketing techniques, as well as event marketing • Additional duties as assigned How you will be supported • Access to the latest technology • Training and feedback from the senior Marketing Team, to keep you motivated, challenged and on track What you will bring • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field • Strong written and verbal communications skill and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest advertising a plus • Familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Suite, and Constant Contacts is preferred • Comfort and aptitude with numbers and statistics • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience with site monitoring tools such as Webmaster Tools or MOZ • Flexibility and openness to take on new projects and tasks and work in an ever-changing and growing company • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment, clerical, and administrative procedures such as filing and record keeping, reporting on, and analyzing data, administrative writing skills, organization and problem solving Rewards Opportunity to work events • Work/Life Balance • 401K & Benefits available This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in several aspects of marketing, from digital and traditional advertising techniques and market research to social media and analytics.
