What You'll Work On • Help draft, edit, and proof content (details matter here) • Support content calendars and keep deadlines on track • Support website updates, email campaigns, and social posts • Assist with testing, tracking, and basic performance reporting • Support marketing projects, timelines, and task tracking via ClickUp • Help ensure brand standards are followed across materials • Assist with campaign execution from idea launch • Assist with basic design tasks using Adobe, or similar tools • Coordinate feedback and revisions on creative assets • Maintain a clean, logical, and up-to-date marketing file system • Ensure assets are easy to find, properly named, and version-controlled • Help track approvals, requests, and deliverables • Support documentation of workflows, templates, and repeatable processes • Jump in wherever support is needed—no task is "too small" • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on special projects • Bring fresh ideas, ask smart questions, and look for ways to improve how we work • Other duties as assigned You'll Thrive Here If You're: • Highly organized and detail-oriented (you love structure and clarity) • Curious and eager to learn how marketing really works • Reliable and proactive—you follow through and flag issues early • Comfortable with feedback and motivated to grow • Someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly
