Marketing Coordinator

Advion, Inc., with North American headquarters in Ithaca, NY, designs, develops, and manufactures mass spectrometers, chip-based ion sources, and microfluidic flow chemistry systems and consumables for the life sciences and related industries. We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate new team member to expand our marketing and sales activities by staffing the following position in Ithaca: Marketing Coordinator The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing key marketing initiatives including trade shows and conference attendance, email marketing, social media, content creation, website updates, and contact database management (Salesforce). The role will assist sales and marketing management with communications media to effectively represent the company’s products to customers and to prospects. • Manages Salesforce CRM database for current sales opportunities, maintenance, and support to sales groups for customer and prospect communication to ensure efficient use. • Organizes Advion company and product presentations as well as maintaining electronic and hardcopy library of publications accessible by in-house and remote Advion employees.
