Marketing Coordinator

Local real estate investment & Property Management company seeking a Marketing Coordinator familiar with both traditional and digital marketing. This individual will be responsible for marketing of over 400+ units as they are available and maintaining all advertising, assisting with brainstorming for new ideas and managing all inbound interest and scheduling for leasing consultants. Responsibilities: -Implementation of new marketing strategy for the company (in image, presentation, material, etc) -Work in conjunction with Operations Manager to coordinate all marketing campaigns for newly acquired properties -Designing and ordering of new marketing materials, banners, flags, etc. -Research and study our competitors to ensure we maintain the competitive edge by innovating beyond/outside the industry norms -Oversee all Social Media content strategy and execution for our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn if necessary -Develop a marketing mix for each project and oversee the design of ads and placement in material -Work with the Leasing Consultants on actively marketing available properties in real time Qualifications: -Must have experience in marketing, advertising, social media -Experience in creating websites and maintaining domains a plus -Excellent communication skills -Organized and self starter -Understanding of Google Analytics -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Adobe) -Motivated with the ability to change tasks at a moments notice -Possess a growth mindset: viewing all experiences as opportunities to learn and grow -Strong accountability -taking ownership of the work you produce -General knowledge of real estate preferred -Ability to work independently and in a team -Please provide a cover letter and resume with relevant experience and qualifications to be considered for this position and we look forward to hearing from you!
