Marketing Coordinator

We provide vital account services and strategy to our customers to help their marketing efforts be the best they can be. ● Assist with onboarding of agents to learn the Compass proprietary marketing, product tools, offerings and help guide their training and usage of those tools ● Ensure customer profiles on compass.com and/or professional website is up- to-date and content rich ● Organize and build weekly meeting presentations ● Participate in weekly sales meetings to promote latest marketing ideas and updates ● Assist with agent’s digital footprints and updates ● Receive ongoing training via frequent marketing staff webinars ● Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes ● Provide outstanding client service to make customers marketing efforts less time consuming and more effective ● Work with the company’s design team to coordinate the delivery of projects and all associated materials (photography, copywriting, video, email, social media and content development) ● Work with the marketing team to drive adoption and usage of product tools through internal marketing and communications ● Track and measure analytics and established success metrics for the marketing team and build reports that provide data and insights into the decision making of all marketing efforts ● Assist with advertisements (reservations, gathering materials and building) ● Back up to marketing team in the San Francisco office ● Miscellaneous responsibilities and administrative tasks as assigned WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED ● Prior Marketing experience a huge plus ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite and social media/online marketing platforms ● Strong working knowledge of creative programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred ● Ability to work independently and take ownership over projects; motivated and proactive individual ● Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills ● Skilled communicator with excellent writing and grammar skills ● Great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships ● Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized ● Experience working in real estate or client/account service environment a big plus ● Proficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google and Microsoft (Ex.
