Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator provides comprehensive marketing, communications and customer service support to the divisions of Seneca Companies and OWL Services. Prepare and develop marketing collateral including email campaigns, direct mail, flyers, case studies, presentations and other materials in accordance with the annual marketing calendar and special requests.Ensure all written content adheres to corporate brand guidelines and AP Stylebook standards.Become a proficient user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for marketing automation.Plan, create, execute and manage marketing automation campaigns aligned with the annual marketing calendar.Understand and manage the integration between CRM systems and D365, including troubleshooting issues to ensure accurate execution, reporting, and analytics.30% – Web, Content & Social Media Principal duties and responsibilities are intended to describe those functions that are essential to the performance of this job, and “other” duties and responsibilities include those that are considered incidental or secondary to the overall purpose of this job.
