Marketing Coordinator

Axos Advisor Services, Centennial, CO We are looking for a highly organized, Marketing Coordinator to support the Axos Advisor Services marketing team day- to-day campaign development, launch and reporting. This is a full-time position. • Support marketing team on a day-to-day basis by helping to develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and other sales materials • Develop and coordinate digital marketing messages, such as Social Media posts, online advertising, videos, and email marketing campaigns • Coordinate and project manage marketing campaigns, webinars and events to support business unit growth and retention • Help manage and track campaign/event deadlines, campaign/event performance • Help the team maintain brand consistency with all marketing materials and tools • Maintain and update calendars and project management system which outlines all marketing activities • Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences and sales meetings as necessary • Research market and industry to understand competition, product environment and related market trends • Perform other administrative and support duties related to the daily operations of the department Required Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Exceptional written and oral communication • Self-motivated, professional, result-driven and committed to deadlines • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands among frequently changing priorities and deadlines • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Comfortable with and interested in technology Education Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree preferably in marketing, English or related fields Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid holidays and PTO, HSA, FSA, and short and long-term disability.
