The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing and Communications Manager with day-to-day internal and external marketing and communications tasks, supporting company wide initiatives, campaigns, projects, events, branding, and social media efforts that align with the organization’s long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, professional presence, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Description Support managing initiative campaigns, including, but not limited to: • Virtual Training Modules • Video Testimonials & Campaign Production • Peer-to-Peer employee recognition • Surveys • Case Studies • Customer reference and referrals • Help the Marketing and Communications Manager with sponsorship-related documentation and administration • Assist in the review of Sales Promotions on a quarterly basis to identify relevant marketing collateral to publish and to create innovative marketing initiatives and new product launches • Help to enhance and drive web traffic through local review sites and search engine websites, maximizing various Search Engine Optimization tools • Explore and research new products, services and technology to help create innovative marketing initiatives and materials • Keep inventory of promotional materials and distribute them to Systel branches as necessary • Other administrative marketing duties as needed Requirements:
